Bell Service Attendant

At Crew Life at Sea, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bellman to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome to their accommodations.
- Assist with luggage handling and escort guests to their rooms with a smile.
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding ship amenities, onboard activities, and dining options.
- Respond to inquiries and requests in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
- Assist with embarkation and disembarkation procedures, including luggage drop-off and pick-up.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in luggage storage areas, gangways, and passenger terminals.
- Coordinate with other onboard departments to address guest requests and maintenance issues.
- Assist with special events and functions, such as private receptions and onboard celebrations.
- Provide support and assistance to other departments as needed during peak periods and emergencies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field, with experience in guest services, luggage handling, or bell services preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, crew members, and other stakeholders.
- Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for guests.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy luggage, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus, particularly languages commonly spoken by our international guests.
