The Role:
In this role, you will seamlessly integrate your skills in staffing and sales to enhance our recruitment processes and drive revenue growth. This unique position requires a blend of recruitment prowess and sales strategy to ensure we attract top talent while also meeting our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective staffing strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Drive sales initiatives by developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies and enhance business development efforts.

Integration of Roles:
Leverage staffing insights to better understand market dynamics and client needs, aligning recruitment efforts with sales goals. Create and implement strategies that combine effective staffing solutions with sales-driven objectives.

Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on key performance metrics related to staffing and sales. Use data to drive decision-making and refine strategies for better outcomes.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental benefits.
