About This Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide individual and group therapy to clients facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise in addiction and mental illness will be instrumental in guiding clients towards recovery and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to address a range of mental health concerns.
- Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering trust and rapport.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic client care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling Psychology (LPS) or a related field.
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work.
- Demonstrated understanding of addiction and mental illness treatment modalities.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including those with criminal justice involvement.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically Avatar.
- Current Ohio license to practice as a therapist.
