- Conduct hands-on implementation, configuration, and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM 2015/2016 components.
- Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide technical expertise.
- Participate in proposal development, presentations, and training sessions to ensure effective communication with clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and Microsoft product updates to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Field Service, Customer Service, and PowerApps.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365/CRM 2015/2016 components, including custom development with C#.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
