Job Overview

Rogue ABA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy using a play-based approach in a trauma-free environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide services in the client's home and community settings.
  • Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage desired behaviors.
  • Maintain detailed session notes and data on client progress.
  • Collaborate with families and other team members to support client goals.

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation
  • Clean background
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain RBT credential within 30 days of job offer or already hold active RBT certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
