About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Norfolk, VA & Virginia Beach, VA. As a Home Healthcare Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based medical care to patients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patient medical needs and develop comprehensive plans of care.
  • Examine and treat chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries or illnesses.
  • Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to provide interdisciplinary care.
Requirements
  • Active state Nurse Practitioners license.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification.
  • Active state DEA licensure.
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
  • Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is estimated to range between $100,000 to $120,000 based on performance, with opportunities to increase your base salary quarterly.
