Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Network Technical Specialist to join our team at Parker Hannifin Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting our critical networking infrastructure, including Cisco switching, routing, and wifi, F5, and Infoblox IPAM & DHCP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex system analysis, troubleshooting, and support on Cisco, F5, and Infoblox systems.
  • Research and implement innovative solutions to support business requirements.
  • Provide information to promote the understanding and benefit of technology systems.
  • Manage complex projects across teams and engage with stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Manage vendor support activities and follow all relevant corporate processes.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure the core network functions are running efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Five or more years' experience in Information Technology, preferably in network operations and support.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of networking solutions design and configuration, analysis principles, industry practices, regulations, and overall network operations.
  • Experience with Cisco, F5, and Infoblox systems, including routing protocols, switching, VOIP, wireless, and SD WAN.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analysis, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively assess, lead, and implement projects and continuous improvement activities.
  • High levels of professionalism, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
