Cypress HCM is seeking a talented individual for the role of Business Process Manager within our Buying Programs division. This team is dedicated to providing flexible purchasing solutions tailored for organizations of various sizes, aiming to enhance the overall buying experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the product owner and lead for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) concerning our B2B low-touch Quote-to-Cash workflows.
- Evaluate intricate business requirements, converting them into epics and user stories, which will subsequently be transformed into test scenarios and plans.
- Communicate testing strategies, results, risks, and recommendations effectively to the core project team and relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate weekly collaboration sessions with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, explore solutions, and prioritize enhancements to systems.
- Document processes and create flowcharts for new or modified business operations.
- Address production issues and work alongside cross-functional teams to develop corrective measures.
- Engage in scrum meetings, backlog refinement, prioritization, design discussions, and demonstrations as required.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
- Over 7 years of relevant professional experience, collaborating with diverse stakeholders across engineering, product management, marketing, and business teams.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively prioritize tasks, and achieve results under tight deadlines.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; capable of conveying complex information to various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Quote-to-Cash processes is advantageous.
- Experience in phasing out applications or processes is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in standard software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat).
- Additional skills that are advantageous include experience with Jira, SAP, MS SharePoint, Atlassian Confluence, APIs/automation processes, and knowledge of subscription business models.
Compensation:
- Up to $81.90 per hour.
