Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Jimmy John's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other store managers and corporate teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Proven track record of success in managing staff, inventory, and customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
