U-Haul is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Storage Center Manager to join our team. As a Storage Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our storage center, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and that our facilities are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the storage center's profit and loss (P&L) to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Hire, train, and mentor a team of staff members to provide excellent customer service.
  • Track and manage inventory, including equipment and supplies.
  • Ensure that all equipment is clean and well-maintained, and that the facility is secure and well-maintained.
  • Participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of management experience in retail or a related industry.
  • Computer expertise and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
