Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure all areas of the facility are clean and sanitized, including floors, bathrooms, and windows.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as snow removal, transportation of parts and supplies, and miscellaneous facilities repairs.
  • Facilities Management: Ensure the building is secure and safety procedures are followed, adhering to all EPA and OSHA guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous janitorial or custodial experience in a large facility, such as a warehouse, school district, airport, or shopping center.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Some facilities maintenance experience is highly desirable.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Driving Record: Clean driving record.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and move about the facility as needed.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with minimal supervision.
