About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing culturally sensitive support and assistance to families in need.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a caseload of 8-15 families, providing regular support and guidance.
  • Deliver services in office, home settings, and out in the community, adapting to meet the unique needs of each family.
  • Develop and implement care plans, ensuring that families receive the necessary resources and supports.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, social service agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support for families.
Requirements
  • A High school diploma or GED; one year certificate from college or technical school; or an associate degree from college or technical school are required for this position.
  • A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and automobile liability coverage or access to an insured vehicle are also required.
