Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, with an estimated annual income of $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide benefits such as flexible scheduling, weekly pay, consistent hours, and paid travel time.
Job DescriptionAs a Personal Support Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to support them in their daily activities, including household chores, cooking, bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also provide companionship through daily activities and hobbies, and assist with driving clients to appointments and errands.
You will work independently, but be part of a supportive team that values your contributions and recognizes your hard work. We offer ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum age of 18 years
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
- A smartphone with capabilities to download and use a mobile app
- The ability to pass a state and national background check
