We are seeking a highly dedicated Clinical Specialist for our Cardiac Post CTICU Department at the New Brunswick campus.

About the Role

This is a Part-Time position working Night Shift, 36 hours per week, with some weekend and holiday rotation. As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing nursing care in the health care system within the scope of practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and achieve desired outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, ensuring timely documentation and communication
Requirements
  • ASN or Nursing Diploma
  • At least 1 year of RN experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN or must be completed within 5 years upon hire
  • At least 1 year of CTICU experience
Certifications and Licenses Required
  • BLS and ACLS certification
  • Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License
Scheduling Requirements
  • Night Shift, 36 hours per week, 7p-7:30a
  • Monday-Friday, some weekend and holiday rotation
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
