Nursing Professional for Perioperative Care

As a Nursing Professional for Perioperative Care, you will be responsible for assessing and planning patient care, coordinating and implementing patient-centered care, and collaborating with other members of the healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Assess and plan patient care by obtaining, assessing, and interpreting data, identifying problems and expected outcomes, and utilizing scientific knowledge base and appropriate physiological concepts.
- Coordinate and implement patient-centered care by contributing to and following plans of the healthcare team, ensuring documentation and communication amongst caregivers, delegating and ensuring completion of activities, and educating patients/caregivers.
- Utilize data to identify actual/potential perioperative risk factors, preadmission services, and special needs for initiating referrals and implementing additional interventions.
- Three (3) years diversified clinical nursing experience, including medical/surgical or acute care experience required.
- Active CT RN License, BLS and ACLS certification, RN Diploma, Associate degree required, BSN preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, general computer skills, ability to provide customer/patient/client centric service, ability to provide age-specific care.
We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
