Job Summary

This role provides administrative support to the law firm's operations, with a focus on client interactions, correspondence, and office organization.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between staff and clients, ensuring seamless communication and support.
  • Coordinate system updates, IT equipment maintenance, and technical support for staff.
  • Manage office supplies, coordinate meetings, and prepare materials for trainings and events.
  • Provide administrative support to law firm staff, including data entry, report creation, and client inquiries.
  • Ensure the law firm's information is up-to-date in Clio or other case management software.
Qualifications
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work with diverse cultures, professionals, and personalities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Zoom or similar online platforms, as well as setting up meetings and creating agendas.
  • Experience working in a confidential setting, with a strong understanding of client confidentiality.
Compensation

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
