Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen crew, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our restaurants.
Responsibilities- Maintain a clean and organized dishroom, ensuring all equipment and utensils are properly sanitized and stored.
- Operate and maintain kitchen machinery and equipment, adhering to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
- Participate in daily cleaning and sanitizing tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting high-touch areas.
- Assist with loading and unloading of supplies, equipment, and food products.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
- Adhere to company safety and sanitation standards, reporting any hazards or equipment malfunctions to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including but not limited to, assisting with opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license (if applicable).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
