Clinical Development Scientist Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Development Scientist to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for designing and executing clinical studies to support the development of medical devices. Your expertise in clinical research methodology, statistics, and data analysis will be essential in driving the success of our studies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement study protocols and data collection methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute clinical studies
  • Apply epidemiology principles and methods to support evidence generation
  • Provide strategic guidance on study design and execution
  • Support regulatory submissions and interactions with regulatory agencies

Requirements:
  • Scientific degree in health sciences, life sciences, or biomedical engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical or medical device studies
  • Knowledge of clinical research methodology, statistics, and data analysis
  • Experience with systematic literature searches and project management
