Responsabilidades:

  • Examinar documentos comerciales para verificar su precisión y completitud.
  • Ingresar datos de solicitudes de manera precisa en la herramienta de evaluación.
  • Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de evaluación de riesgos.
  • Tomar decisiones correctas sobre las solicitudes presentadas, enfocándose en el tiempo de respuesta y la calidad.
  • Recopilar toda la información necesaria para las cotizaciones de seguros de los clientes.
  • Presentar cotizaciones de seguros personalizadas según las necesidades del cliente.
  • Asegurar que todos los documentos requeridos estén debidamente almacenados con cada venta.
  • No se requieren llamadas salientes o en frío.
  • Posibilidad de bonificación mensual basada en la calidad y conversión de ventas.
  • Realizar otras tareas según se asignen.

Calificaciones:

  • Se prefiere de 1 a 2 años de experiencia en ingreso de datos y/o evaluación de préstamos.
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas.
  • Capacidad para cumplir con los estándares de producción, calidad y servicio.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios nocturnos.
  • Gran atención al detalle al evaluar información.

Requisitos Físicos:

  • Capacidad para sentarse y/o estar de pie durante períodos prolongados.
  • Capacidad para levantar hasta 15 lbs.
