About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a COTA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to students in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IEP Goal Setting: Assist in setting and meeting IEP goals for students, ensuring that they receive the necessary support to thrive academically and personally.
  • Therapy Services: Deliver therapy to students in both individual and group formats, using evidence-based practices to promote student success.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the therapy team to provide quality services and ensure seamless communication among team members.

Requirements:

  • Certification: NBCOT certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
  • Licensure: Active state licensure as a COTA.
  • Education: Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $27-$32 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This rate is competitive with industry standards and provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development.
