Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Support mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
  • Oversee medication administration and assist with adherence to medication schedules.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist clients during mealtime.
  • Engage clients in meaningful conversation and provide emotional support.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and laundry.
  • Document any changes in clients' conditions and communicate with the appropriate personnel.
  • Work hours typically align with a Monday to Friday schedule.
  • Compensation is competitive and reflective of experience.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Must possess a compassionate and nurturing attitude.
