Position Overview

Join our dedicated team at Soccer Shots - Orange County, a family-owned organization committed to enriching the lives of young children through the joy of soccer. We are currently seeking a Youth Soccer Instructor to engage with children aged 2 to 8 years in a fun and supportive environment.

Role Responsibilities

As a Youth Soccer Instructor, you will:

  • Conduct engaging soccer sessions at various preschool locations throughout the Orange County area.
  • Provide a nurturing atmosphere where children can thrive and develop their soccer skills.
  • Work part-time, with classes scheduled from Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturday sessions.
Compensation

We offer competitive pay starting at $21 per session, with opportunities for raises based on performance.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum availability of three weekday afternoons, with a preference for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
  • A passion for working with young children and the ability to create a positive learning experience.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • A clean background check and the ability to pass a Child Abuse History Clearance.
Preferred Skills

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are advantageous:

  • Experience in teaching or coaching young children.
  • CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Prior experience in educational settings, particularly with children aged 2-8.
