Behavior Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at First Children Services. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting children with autism and their families.

• Work one-on-one with clients in independent and group settings to promote healthy communication, social, and behavioral skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect session data to ensure positive behavioral outcomes.
• Support clients in developing interactive therapeutic skills to extinguish or minimize maladaptive behaviors.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to increase positive behavioral outcomes and provide exceptional care.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; RBT certification a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, preferably in a direct care human services profession.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills, with the ability to stand, bend, kneel, and run during shifts.
