Job Title: Women's Trauma IOP Counselor

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Women's Trauma IOP Counselor to join our team at Pyramid Healthcare Inc. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients.

Job Summary:

The Women's Trauma IOP Counselor will be responsible for conducting group and individual therapy sessions, assessing client needs, and developing treatment plans. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct group and individual therapy sessions, focusing on trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
  • Assess client needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans, incorporating input from multidisciplinary team members.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and effective care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records, adhering to HIPAA and CARF regulations.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay up-to-date on best practices.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., clinical psychology, social work, counseling, nursing).
  • Experience in trauma-informed care, substance abuse treatment, and mental health services.
  • Strong clinical skills, with a focus on assessment, treatment planning, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
