About the Role

Kadlec Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Hematology/Oncology team. As a key member of the team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with hematological and oncological conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient preferences and values.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in tumor boards and other educational activities to stay up-to-date on the latest treatment options and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Washington.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Hematology/Oncology, with a strong background in patient care and treatment planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound clinical decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
