Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fine dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing upscale restaurants, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, cost control, and labor management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional guest experiences through a commitment to a "Do Whatever It Takes Attitude" and a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.
  • Leadership and Motivation: Utilize leadership skills to motivate employees to achieve cost control and labor management goals.
  • Compliance and Safety: Inspect the establishment and observe workers and guests to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and liquor regulations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Ensure accuracy in paperwork, including daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2+ years of upscale/fine dining restaurant management experience.
  • Knowledge: Extensive front-of-house knowledge, advanced knowledge of financial aspects.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, stable and progressive work history, strong work ethic.
  • Qualifications: EOE.
Compensation

Pay Range: USD $60,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 per year.
