About the Role

Sysco is seeking a skilled Fleet Technician I to join our team. As a key member of our fleet operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality preventive maintenance inspections and repairs on fleet vehicles and equipment.
  • Learn to diagnose and repair complex issues with vehicles and equipment.
  • Work closely with senior technicians to develop skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and repairs to ensure vehicles are safe and reliable.
  • Document all work performed using company-approved methods.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Medium/Heavy Duty truck technical training preferred.
  • Current and valid driver's license (CDL preferred).
  • Basic knowledge and skill of all vehicle systems and components.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
