Position Overview:
As a Senior Reimbursement Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Reimbursement Manager to facilitate the preparation of comprehensive Medicare, Medicaid, and Champus cost reports, along with audits and necessary supporting documentation. Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting - Required

Key Responsibilities:
In alignment with statutory reporting obligations, you will:
1. Assist in the prompt collection and organization of essential data across the healthcare facilities.
2. Compile all required DSH documentation and prepare filed and re-opening DSH schedules.
3. Engage in the month-end Accounts Receivable valuation process, which includes the formulation of bad debt schedules.
4. Conduct an annual review of contracts for wage index inclusion and discuss findings with the Reimbursement Manager.
5. Update wage index schedules on a quarterly basis.
6. Process bi-weekly traveler timesheets and accurately record them in the wage index contract labor schedules.
7. Collect data and ensure timely completion of surveys for review.

This role is essential for maintaining compliance and supporting the financial health of St Joseph's/Candler.
