Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and energetic On-Call Early Childhood Educators to support our Lead Teachers and classroom staff on an as-needed basis. This role involves actively participating in daily activities, providing physical care, and contributing to a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.

Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive care and support to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Collaborate with Lead Teachers to implement curriculum plans and create enriching learning experiences for students.
  • Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Communicate effectively with Lead Teachers, parents, and colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning community.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an early childhood education setting is preferred, but not required.
