Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

AB Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech and language therapy services to students in Arizona.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech Pathology, Speech Audiology, Communications Disorders, or a similar program, and be certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and hold a State Speech Language Pathologist Certificate and State License from the Department of Health Services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in Arizona.
  • Identify students needing specialized speech or language services and provide tailored solutions for academic success.
  • Conduct individual and group therapy using curriculum-based materials and provide progress reports.
  • Supervise support staff, consult with educators, and provide alternative communication systems.
  • Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
  • Explore individual learning needs, develop personalized solutions, and implement curriculum goals.
  • Model mature behavior, uphold values, and encourage character development.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology, Speech Audiology, Communications Disorders, or a similar program.
  • National and state certifications: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, State Speech Language Pathologist Certificate, and State License from the Department of Health Services.
  • Must be able to obtain, and hold, a valid Arizona Department of Public Safety Level One IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Certs: (AHA) BLS required.
  • Meet pre-employment credentialing clearances (Background Check & Drug Screen).
  • Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education.
  • Willingness to participate in events outside normal hours, travel as needed, and engage actively in the role.
Compensation:
  • $65/hr.
  • Total on 37.5 hours: $2,250-$2,437.50 paid WEEKLY
  • For the school year: $81,000-$87, weeks)
  • $500 Starting Bonus $500 Christmas bonus
