About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Account Manager to join our team at Willis Global Ltd. As a Logistics Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple top accounts, ensuring service levels are maintained across regions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational management of several top accounts, ensuring service levels are maintained in each region
  • Oversight of daily operations for all areas, including imports, exports, and courier services
  • Setup and maintenance of daily reports and feedback loop with operations
  • Global responsibility for customer relationships, not limited to the US
  • Regular monthly visits (on-site or virtual) to present KPIs and feedback to customers
  • Collaboration with the CS manager on tenders, including carrier choice and transit details

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in aerospace logistics, with a focus on customer service and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
  • Good knowledge of import and export processes, as well as freight forwarding and time-critical logistics operations
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Supervisor-level experience or above
  • Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
