Position Overview:
AEG is actively seeking dedicated individuals for part-time opportunities focused on event support and facility upkeep at our venue.

This position offers an hourly compensation ranging from $12 to $13.00.

Job Responsibilities:
As a member of our operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting general labor tasks, including repairs and maintenance as assigned.
  • Performing housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and organized environment.
  • Assisting with the setup and breakdown of furniture and equipment for various events.
  • Maintaining all equipment and property by ensuring proper storage, cleaning, and reporting any damages.
  • Overseeing organized storage areas and conducting lawn maintenance activities.
  • Executing snow removal tasks to keep pathways clear.
  • Completing additional duties as directed by the Operations Manager or Director of Operations.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • The ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • The capability to follow basic instructions and perform general labor, including frequent lifting.
  • A forklift certification is preferred, but training will be provided.
  • A willingness to take direction and work collaboratively with the team.
