Nursing Shift Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified RN/LPN to join our team as a Nursing Shift Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, developing care plans, administering nursing care, evaluating nursing care, and supervising nursing assistants. Responsibilities:
- Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants.
- Follow federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Requirements:
- CURRENT RN or LPN license within the state in which you work.
- CURRENT CPR certification.
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience, with a $7,000 sign-on bonus for RNs and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for LPNs.
