The National/Alamo division of Enterprise Mobility presents an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Return Specialist. This role is essential in delivering exceptional, friendly, and efficient service throughout the rental car process as it pertains to this position.Compensation:
The starting pay for this role is $17.00 per hour, with potential bonuses available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome all customers with the appropriate dialogue as they arrive.
- Remind customers to check for personal belongings and document any items found in the vehicle.
- Review rental charges with customers and provide accurate receipts.
- Offer professional and courteous information regarding transportation options.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in completing return transactions.
- Solicit feedback on service quality and document any dissatisfaction.
- Conduct discreet inspections of incoming vehicles for damage and guide customers to the counter for damage reports.
- Verify that vehicles are returned with a full tank of gas.
- Complete service alerts for any mechanical or body damage reported by customers.
- Identify vehicles on system hold for various reasons and ensure their proper relocation within the lot.
- Tag vehicles flagged for maintenance and confirm their movement to the appropriate location.
- Management reserves the right to modify, change, or remove assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience is necessary.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
- A valid driver's license is required, with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past 5 years.
