Join Our Team as a Biomedical Educator/Scholar

About the Position

The Department of Biomedical Education and Data Science is a dynamic and collaborative environment that values excellence in teaching, research, and service. As a Biomedical Educator/Scholar, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of faculty members who are dedicated to providing high-quality education and training to our students.

Responsibilities

  • Teach professional-level courses in the anatomical sciences to students in three different colleges
  • Develop and implement curriculum content in gross anatomy, microanatomy, embryology, and neuroanatomy
  • Contribute to the development of new courses and programs in the anatomical sciences
  • Participate in departmental and institutional service activities

Qualifications

  • Terminal doctoral degree (Ph.D., D.O., M.D. or equivalent)
  • Training and experience teaching in the anatomical disciplines, including human anatomy, histology (microanatomy), neuroanatomy, and/or embryology
  • Recent graduates of teaching track PhD programs in the anatomical sciences are encouraged to apply
