Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and formulate tailored treatment strategies.
  • Deliver occupational therapy interventions aimed at improving patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional health.
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal results.
  • Track and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic methods and ongoing strategies for improvement.
  • Provide case management services, including liaising with insurance providers and advocating for patient needs.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering occupational therapy services, ideally within a healthcare environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of therapeutic techniques and interventions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
