Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc. (ESS Inc.) is seeking a dedicated Construction Safety Professional to support a machinery installation project at an industrial site.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the safety and well-being of construction workers, possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and has a strong understanding of heavy machinery operations.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive health and safety support to the project management team.
- Collaborate closely with facility management on all aspects of training, daily inspections, reporting, and other essential safety activities.
- Prepare regular, standardized reports detailing the project's safety status and submit them to management for review.
- Maintain meticulous safety logs, ensuring accurate filing and tracking of all site safety reports, injuries, and illnesses.
- Assist in interactions with external agencies, such as OSHA inspectors, as required.
- Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in construction safety management.
- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of continuous experience in safety management roles.
- Possession of a valid 30-hour OSHA Construction card.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification.
- CHST certification is highly preferred.
