Position SummaryAs a clinical intern, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and gain hands-on experience in the field of social human services.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Serve as a clinical intern and participate in client assessments, treatment planning, and implementation.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of program services and activities.
- Must be a Masters level student in the field of social human services.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance.
As an employee of Hoyleton Youth and Family Services, you will be expected to align your performance with our overarching philosophy of CARE, which includes the six principles of Developmentally Focused, Family Involved, Relationship Based, Ecologically Oriented, Competence Centered, and Trauma Informed.
You will also be required to complete TCI training and pass a written and/or physical test. Refresher training will be provided monthly, and you will be tested every 6 months on the physical portion and annually on the written portion.
