  • Overseeing and managing Production Managers/Supervisors across all operational facets, particularly focusing on quality, safety, and production efficiency.
  • Ensuring a safe and organized workplace by guiding and educating staff on critical control points, equipment usage, and resource management while adhering to established protocols.
  • Facilitating effective written communication throughout the organizational hierarchy.
  • Engaging in proactive cross-departmental communication with teams in Production, Engineering, Warehousing, Procurement, Planning, HR, Finance, and Sales.
  • Identifying inefficiencies in the manufacturing workflow and directing personnel to enhance cost-effectiveness and performance, positively impacting the overall financial results.

Qualifications for the Manufacturing Operations Assistant Manager:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 6 years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in Lean methodologies or experience as a change facilitator.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
