Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and re-evaluations to determine speech and language therapy treatment needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and objectives.
  • Administer medically prescribed speech therapy treatments to patients, including exercises and activities to improve communication skills.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
  • Provide education and training to patients and families on speech and language therapy techniques and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with current developments and best practices in speech therapy to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure in the state of Ohio as a Speech Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
