We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at Crunch Fitness. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our members.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize all areas of the club, including equipment, locker rooms, and common areas.
- Deep clean and rearrange equipment to ensure optimal functionality and appearance.
- Dust and clean all flat surfaces throughout the club.
- Pick up and put away equipment, magazines, and other clutter throughout the club.
- Vacuum and dust all cardio and strength equipment throughout the club.
- Follow a schedule/checklist to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Record completion times on the schedule.
- Take ownership of areas of responsibility and attend department meetings as scheduled.
- Notify supervisor in advance if unable to work assigned shift.
This role requires heavy physical activity, including heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50 pounds. The work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions.
Compensation$15.00 per hour
