About Us:

Blanco is part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, a continually evolving group of innovative dining experiences established in 1998. We offer a casual yet vibrant escape, where our menu features a fresh take on beloved Mexican dishes and creative margaritas that keep our guests returning for more. We are hiring immediately.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a high-volume bartending role
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to stand for extended periods, and capability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality by exceeding guest expectations
  • Familiarity with the menu and ability to provide authentic recommendations
  • Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, along with basic cocktail recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area
  • Perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Handle on-the-spot requests with composure and professionalism
  • Understand POS systems and digital reservation platforms
  • Adhere to all beverage laws, company policies, and procedures
  • Availability to work weekends and select holidays
  • Willingness to assist in various roles to ensure seamless restaurant operations
