Key Responsibilities
  • Greet all guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of menus and Casino Marketing events to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Refill beverages, deliver and clear dining plates, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Reset and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Represent the Silver Reef Casino Resort values and standards while on property, embodying a strong team environment.
  • Properly follow Casino and state regulations related to alcohol and health code compliance.
  • Perform assigned or delegated duties to maintain restaurant cleanliness and flow of business.
  • Gather, set up, and perform light bartending duties, as well as cash handling and POS knowledge.
  • Prepare for events, perform designated tasks, and conduct post-event breakdown.
  • Adhere to departmental and Casino cash handling policies and procedures.
Physical and Mental Requirements
  • Frequently lift and carry trays up to 25 lbs.
  • Frequently smell, taste, bend, and stoop.
  • Occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Work with POS system.
