About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a Dialysis Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dialysis center.

Responsibilities
  • Receives patients into treatment/exam area and prepares them for dialysis
  • Monitors and documents patient vital signs and other parameters
  • Operates dialysis machines and reverse osmosis water systems
  • Collects patient data and reports to registered nurses as needed
  • Reviews dialysis prescriptions and notes patient observations
  • Performs clerical duties as needed, including filing, lab requisitions, and data entry
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles
  • Ability to work long hours on feet and manage stressful situations
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Healthcare experience preferred
