Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Product Support Specialist to join our team at Pride Mobility Products. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and training to customers, therapists, and VA facilities on advanced rehabilitation products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing training and development for rehabilitation products, with a focus on Q Logic electronics.
  • Communicate effectively with rehabilitation product specialists, regional managers, and the quantum team to meet the needs of rehabilitation providers in the assigned field sales territory.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory to provide training and presentations on quantum products, with a focus on Q Logic electronics.
  • Assist with seminar tours and presentations, as applicable, in the territory.
  • Communicate quality assurance issues and concerns.
  • Report field data regarding growth opportunities within the assigned territory to rehabilitation product specialists and regional managers.
  • Maintain inventory of demo chairs, electronics, and accessories needed in the field.
  • Maintain cost-effective time and territory management.
  • Submit monthly expenses and weekly itineraries for travel.
  • Assist providers and their technical staff in troubleshooting and repairs of units in the field.
  • Participate in VA clinics and VA-related activities.
  • Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents, or injuries are promptly reported to management.
  • Attend the annual C-TPAT security training.
  • Focus on continuous improvement and consistently demonstrate good business judgment.
  • Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations.
Requirements
  • Must be a team player, friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honest.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Must be able to work with multiple departments as a cross-functional team.
  • Must be able to assemble and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical devices.
  • Must be able to travel for the company and transport demo equipment as business needs dictate.
  • Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic working knowledge of Pride operating systems preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of clinical diagnoses and equipment considerations preferred.
  • Strong mechanical and/or electrical assembly and troubleshooting skills preferred.
