Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure all crew members are at work on time and properly prepared
    • Operate the rig and equipment in accordance with industry regulations and customer requirements
    • Maintain contact and communication with customers
  • Maintenance and Safety
    • Maintain productivity standards for all rig employees and adhere to all applicable government regulations for compliance
    • Ensure efficient maintenance of assigned rig and crew truck
    • Drives crew truck
    • Maintain and inspect tools and equipment
  • Team Leadership
    • Attend and participate in safety meetings
    • Understand and comply with company, customer, and health/safety policies, and any other regulations that are required
    • Reports any and all incidents immediately
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Previous workover experience preferred
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Must possess organization and problem-solving skills
    • Must be able to work with a team
    • Must be able to lift 60 lbs and perform physically demanding work
    • Must be able to communicate using oral and basic written communication
    • Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol screening and participate in the random testing pool
    • Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check
  • License and Certifications
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Class A or B CDL, preferred
