About the Role

Lone Star Cadillac is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Bilingual Collision Estimator to join our rapidly growing Collision Center. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their vehicles are repaired to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Damage Assessment: Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess the extent of structural, body, mechanical, and interior damage.
  • Estimation and Coordination: Complete evaluations to determine the necessary components and materials for repairs, estimate labor and painting expenses, and coordinate with insurance companies to ensure payment.
  • Quality Control: Assess the quality of restoration work with our technicians and ensure that vehicles meet our quality standards.
  • Customer Communication: Provide exceptional customer service, guiding customers through the repair process and ensuring they are informed and satisfied with the outcome.
Requirements
  • Advanced Knowledge: Possess advanced knowledge of vehicle mechanical procedures and a strong understanding of collision repair techniques.
  • Language Skills: Be fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience: Have prior experience in a collision repair environment, with a strong background in estimation and customer service.
  • Flexibility: Be able to work flexible hours and travel to various destinations as required.
