YOUR CHALLENGE
As a key player in delivering tailored solutions to our clients, your role as a Formulation Scientist will involve:

Developing innovative formulations based on customer feedback and market performance metrics, while also enhancing existing products to meet competitive, regulatory, and performance standards.

Your Responsibilities Include:
- Designing and modifying formulas for projects initiated by the sales team.
- Providing technical assistance to sales personnel, Quality Control, and Production Operators.
- Collaborating within a team to tackle technical challenges and refine formulations.
- Conducting color matching for clients and the sales team, creating formulas based on those matches.
- Researching and developing new products aligned with market trends.
- Understanding regulatory standards regarding VOC, HAPs, and safety to support formulation, SDS, and TDS documentation for products.

This position involves direct training with the R&D Manager, who brings 30 years of expertise in the paint and coatings sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

- A Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (chemistry, biology, engineering, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient computer and mathematical skills, along with strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with paints, coatings, and manufacturing processes is beneficial.
- Above all, a curious mindset willing to embrace daily challenges.
