This position encompasses a range of cleaning responsibilities, aimed at fostering a safe and welcoming atmosphere for both staff and visitors.


Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that both the interior and exterior of the premises are kept tidy and well-organized. Complete tasks as directed by the facility service manager or company owner.

  • Sanitize frequently touched surfaces such as desks, door handles, office equipment, and telephones.
  • Maintain restrooms by cleaning, sanitizing surfaces, and replenishing supplies.
  • Execute cleaning tasks in accordance with established departmental protocols.
  • Dispose of waste and sanitize waste receptacles.
  • Conduct housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, and dusting furniture and equipment.
  • Perform minor landscaping tasks, such as weed removal and snow clearance.
  • Keep common areas, including meeting rooms and breakrooms, clean and orderly.
  • Restock supplies as necessary.
  • Carry out additional cleaning tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Capability to perform physical activities, including lifting, bending, and standing for prolonged periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to instructions.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
  • Prior experience in cleaning services is advantageous.
