Role Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be accountable for essential preparatory tasks at the bar, which include:

  • Refilling ice bins and restocking liquor supplies.
  • Replacing kegs and preparing garnishes.
  • Cleaning and organizing the lounge, bar, and storage areas to ensure a tidy and efficient workspace.

You will assist bartenders in upholding our service standards and maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests.

Required Qualifications:

We prefer candidates with prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality sectors.

A basic knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and sake is advantageous.

Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service is required by the relevant authority.

Possession of a state and/or local food handlers card is preferred where applicable.

Candidates should be capable of walking, sitting, and standing for extended periods.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old or comply with state regulations.

A High School diploma or GED is preferred, although a combination of education and experience will be considered.

Eligibility to work in the United States is mandatory.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends, is essential. Overtime availability is also required.
